Passage: Ephesians 5:21-33

20161009-ephesians21 Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ.
22 Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. 23 For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. 24 Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.

Key Points

  • Being filled with the Spirit is ongoing, moment by moment, continuously being influenced with the Spirit, so position your self to catch the wind of the Spirit.
  • This passage is about Christ and His bride, illustrated by marriage, the best earthly relational.
  • Submitting to one another is doing whatever we can to help each other to open up and reveal the beauty and fragrance of Christ.
