Join with us on Easter Friday as we worship, Mandy shares with us what’s going on in the church and Rod shares with us the start of the story of Easter.

Watch the service below, or alternatively you can listen to the sermon audio above.

At noon the sky became extremely dark. The darkness lasted three hours. At three o’clock, Jesus groaned out of the depths, crying loudly, “Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?” which means, “My God, my God, why have you abandoned me?” (The Message)

  • The curtain torn in two REVEALS to us an all-powerful and all-loving God
  • The torn veil UNLEASHES God’s glory to the ends of the earth, no longer confined to a shrine made of stone
  • The torn veil marks THE END of the old order
  • The tearing of the curtain means that we ALL now have DIRECT ACCESS to a gracious and loving Go

Take the time now to remember Jesus as he died, and was buried, and thank God for the ultimate sacrifice that he made.
